      Thanks for sharing. I pretty much never cook or eat fish or seafood, but it turns out my local grocery store sells frozen squid rings and I love fried calamari, so I had a go at making this back...

      Thanks for sharing. I pretty much never cook or eat fish or seafood, but it turns out my local grocery store sells frozen squid rings and I love fried calamari, so I had a go at making this back on the 17th. It was very simple and tasted great, even though I used a very cheap olive oil.

        Agreed -- I made it again last weekend with the other half of the Squid I got at the Asian store, and it was still great. Fresh tomatoes really just make this one a star in my kitchen. Alia's...

        Alia's website is ridiculously good for making Moroccan food. We discovered Tagine at a place in MA a few years back and got hooked. Eventually stumbled onto her site and have been using ever since.
