I'm on a bit of a health kick these days. I've gone from 186 lbs in March to 163 lbs as of yesterday. And as a reward to myself for sticking to my diet and exercise routine for so long, I got myself a Ninja CREAMi after watching a bunch of bodybuilders on YouTube rave about it for making protein powder way more enjoyable to consume. And I have to say, they were absolutely right, and it's now my new favorite toy as a result!

It can basically turn containers of rock-hard, frozen ingredients (including protein powder shakes) into delicious, creamy-textured desserts. Using it I made 4 different relatively healthy desserts for myself with a bunch of stuff I already had in the kitchen. I didn't bother to look up any specific recipes first, but despite that they all still turned out amazing! Recipes:

    Pineapple ice "cream"
Add frozen pineapple to fill line, 1tbsp maple syrup, 1tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup 0% yogurt, and enough skim milk to reach the fill line. Freeze 24hrs before using in the CREAMi.

    Banana ice "cream"
Add 2 ripe bananas, 1tbsp maple syrup, 1tsp vanilla extract, and skim milk to fill line. Use stick blender in container to puree it all. Freeze 24hrs before using in the CREAMi.

    Chocolate banana protein ice "cream"
Add 1 ripe banana, 1.5 scoops chocolate protein powder, and skim milk to fill line. Use stick blender to puree it all. Freeze 24hrs before using in the CREAMi.

    Blueberry protein ice "cream"
Add 1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder, 1 cup blueberries, 1tbsp maple syrup, 1tsp vanilla extract, and skim milk to fill line. Use stick blender to puree it all. Freeze 24hrs before using in the CREAMi.

They're all great, but surprisingly of the four I've made so far the chocolate banana and blueberry vanilla protein ones are actually my favorites. I had a small bowl with a scoop of each after dinner tonight. They were both luxuriously creamy, super satisfying, and also packed full of protein! :P
