If the noodles are dry, at the bottom of the plate, and the sauce/meatball are on top in classic pre-mixed fashion, yes. However once mixed the spaghetti is no longer on the bottom as evidenced by doing so on a clear plate. There will be more sauce contacting the bottom than noodles.
Excellent piece of satire but it gets absurd a bit too quickly it would have been better if it kept the veneer of serious for just a little bit longer
