    y'know, it's never really occurred to me that, in most cities, you can intentionally use food trucks as an urban planning mechanism to begin to improve or outright gentrify an entire area purely...

    y'know, it's never really occurred to me that, in most cities, you can intentionally use food trucks as an urban planning mechanism to begin to improve or outright gentrify an entire area purely because their presence will beget people, and that in kind will likely cause people to try and beautify the area they're in. usually, that sort of thing happens on accident.
