I haven't had caffeine in about two weeks. I haven't gone that long in years, so it's been interesting. My overall mood has been better and I'm sleeping a lot better, and now that I think about it I haven't had any of the anxiety I usually have in a day. Which is funny, considering my sister had a wreck in my car last week and that would have normally sent me into a mind bender of anxiety and stress.

I've been drinking a lot of flavored seltzer water and being more mindful on my sugar intake as well.

Haven't really cooked anything outside of the norm recently, although I did make an excellent clam sauce on noodles with mushrooms the other night.

Sorry to hear about your sister, but good that you're handling it well! On the seltzer, have you tried the Smartwater seltzer machine? I got one a few months ago and works fantastically. Very easy...

But as a meal... next time I'd add some protein or something a little more sustaining. Maybe the salad with slightly crispy tofu, crispy chickpeas, or cashews. This time we put it over some white rice to turn it into a meal, which was also pretty good. Would recommend if you like acidity!
