I've put a few hours in and I'm enjoying the game play. I mean it's basically just Diablo 3 on my tablet/phone, which is a lot of fun. Being able to group up with some people and do some small dungeons has been fun as well. The story is...generic fantasy, I guess? Admittedly I've only played this and 3, but I don't particularly enjoy Diablo's story. And I'm someone who really gets into a game's lore. I could write a novel about Warcraft's lore, but Diablo's does nothing for me.
I have no intent of ever paying a dime for this game. I don't care about fully gearing up, I don't care about PVP, I don't care about being competitive. If I did, I'd play literally any other game. I'm mostly in it to play a mobile Diablo game that scratches the same itch Diablo 3 did.
