Have any links/details on this? I did a playthrough of the game when it came out (and had nearly zero issues and none game-breaking) and am interested in another playthrough post-DLC, but if they're also doing AI and NG+ (I have no idea what that is) improvements, I'll probably wait longer. It's not like I don't have a 300+ game backlog already (not including the itch.io bundles).

NG+ (New Game Plus) is when you start the game over with some large chunk of your resources still in hand.

I hate to be a downer, but despite liking the original game well enough I'm not seeing anything in that brief action montage that draws me back. I'd honestly have been more interested if it showed V walking around a shopping center, getting a bowl of noodles, catching a show and a drink, etc. You know, the things that imply engagement with the city around you. For all its scale, the city wasn't a character in its own right; it was barely a backdrop. I'd love a DLC that makes living in the world enjoyable in its own right outside of the brief story cutscenes where you catch a drink and relax.

It puts me in mind of the moments in Stray where you can curl up and relax. The scene slowly zooms out, and you get a moment to breathe and relax while the world goes on around you. Once you're done, it zooms back in, and you go back to pushing plant pots off of railings or whatever cat stuff you have going on, but it's better for the chance to breathe. That sort of space to breathe didn't really happen for me in Cyberpunk 2077, where calmer moments are interrupted by NPCs with horrible AI. When you're walking past them it's easy enough to ignore, but if you wanted to stop and buy a soda and sit in the park it would become immediately clear how lifeless they are. They distract from any calm moment.

But as far as this DLC goes, maybe? It doesn't really say anything other than "we'll kill some dudes!"

I think the people who've played CP2077 have already formed their opinions in a love-it-or-hate-it manner and CDPR is well aware of that, this DLC is probably more intended to get the game back...

I think the people who've played CP2077 have already formed their opinions in a love-it-or-hate-it manner and CDPR is well aware of that, this DLC is probably more intended to get the game back into the limelight and draw in new players that were turned off by the game's disappointing reviews on release. Only the most ardent fans would really find it worthwhile to do another playthrough entirely just for DLC unless it adds a significant amount of content to the game.
