I've been watching this series develop through a series of 8 parts, but Bismuth has released a supercut of all put into one video. The documentary - as that's essentially what it is - showcases the history up to today of the "A Button Challenge", a unique gaming challenge in Super Mario 64 to collect stars without ever using the jump button.
This is almost better suited for ~games.game_design as it dives deep into the game's mechanics and physics, but it's all explained quite well and made accessible.
If you enjoy speedrun breakdown videos such as those by Summoning Salt, I think you'll enjoy this one.
