This was my game showcase highlight. I love climbing, easygoing games, and puzzles, so this is a pretty big combination of my interests. The demo seems to mostly be about familiarizing you with the controls more than anything else. I think the trigger system of climbing is really cool, and the piton system has me wondering about freeform ways to get around the intended pathways. I’d love some exploration options and hidden areas and things of that nature, though I’m not expecting that as much.

Based on the demo (which is essentially a tutorial), it's much more linear and limited. My memory of Grow Home is the climbing being much more freeform akin to Breath of the Wild. This has pretty clear rules of where you can and cannot climb, with a rope swinging system that seems like it might let you mess around a bit for some freedom/shortcuts.
