My advice to you is to consider the game based on how you felt about other factors, not the gameplay. Historically, Remedy gameplay is serviceable; it's connective tissue, and if you ask me this game looks no different. The real draws are the story, environment, and graphics, so whether you'll enjoy it will depend on those a lot more.
