Pirates always existed and they'll always continue to exist - the only people you're punishing are your customers by using DRM.. Sometimes I miss the days where digital media wasn't so popular. In the "analog world", there was a lot less scummy companies.. Or maybe it's all in my head, I mean, I'm not old enough to have lived in that but I feel like modern media (and well technology in general, really) has just gotten worse for the users.
