What you're seeing is not the work of a skilled driver. In fact, if you were to boot up the game, you could easily do exactly what you're seeing on-screen--even if you've never played it before!...

This video is an example of TrackMania's "Press Forward" (PF) category where all you have to do is hold the up arrow on your keyboard and not steer. The TM games all have incredibly precise and consistent physics, which allow tracks like this to play out the same way every single time as long as the input is the same every single time (always hold up, never let it go, and never press another button).

As such, the talent on display in this video and with levels of this type has nothing to do with the driver and everything to do with the programmers of the game and the track designer/engineer. Someone painstakingly created this map block by block, and the resulting acrobatic car dance is mesmerizing.
