Mario Kart 64 has a reputation for being a broken game but I'm pretty sure Mario Kart Wii takes the cake.
MKWii has 13 'Ultra Shortcuts' or glitched shortcuts which allow you to bypass the entire course and get a quick lap. Rainbow Road turns out to be the only one considered TAS-only due to the sheer precision required to pull it off.
That means that out of the game's 32 stages, over 40% have an ultra shortcut. Many more have glitches which can be exploited but not to the extent of being classed an Ultra Shortcut.
