    I'd like to recommend Firewatch. It's one of the games that could be referred to as a "walking simulator" but I found it to be a very interesting and immersive experience that caused me to get goosebumps on a few occasions, or to have elevated heartrate.

        Rogue Legacy is neat, but I've honestly just never really been able to get into it. I'm not sure exactly what it is, but something about the controls/combat of it just feels a little bit off.

        It's still in Early Access right now, but Dead Cells is a really amazing roguelike that's very SOTN-styled. I played it for a while and am looking forward to getting back into it once it fully releases, they've done an amazing job on a lot of the systems and it looks and feels great.

          Yeah, I've been waiting for Dead Cells to come out. I'm a big fan of Metroidvanias, but less of a fan of playing early access games.
