I got into shareware computer games just a couple years after these were published — my childhood platform of circumstance was the classic Mac. Now there's a niche that's all but forgotten today! I'd love to see a similar write-up covering some of those titles. StuntCopter, Scarab of RA, Hot Air Balloon, Ray Dunakin's World Builder games, and most of the Ambrosia catalog were among my favorites.
