I haven't tried Stadia yet, but these don't seem like crucial features to me. Maybe 4k is a big deal? I'm surprised it can even handle 4k tbh, I wonder what GPUs they have doing the rendering....

AMD has since released a new gpu architecture which is bad for google here because they invested in custom gpus for this project.
