It's an interesting case. Ragnarok isn't just suing the now (presumably) dissolved corporation Human Head Studios, but also the principals of that company. Unless there were any personal guarantees made, it's possible that Ragnarok won't be able to get anything back but their IP and the game, though the fact that some ex-Human Head employees made changes to the software after they were no longer working for Human Head may open them up to liability.
