Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the increased likelihood of psychosis in those predisposed imply that it increases the likelihood of psychosis outright?
Those predisposed would probably be 'triggered' by something else, but there are probably plenty who never do, and so any intake of a psychotomimetic substance raises the probability of psychosis for roughly any individual.
