I've been struggling since starting to exercise after a little Covid induced heart inflammation. It feels like even the warm ups of my usual activities are wiping me out. I've had off periods before but this feels pointedly different and I am not a fan. Definitely makes me reconsider my holiday activities lest I get Covid for a third time this year. All that said, it does feel great moving again. Biking, hiking, climbing... it's just nice to be active and outside.

We replaced the elliptical in our home gym with a treadmill, and I absolutely love it! I don't like running outdoors (for whatever reason), and even less so in the winter when it's cold and dark, but I've really been digging the treadmill for some reason. There's something nice about not having to worry about getting too far from home, getting caught in the rain, dodging traffic, etc.

I've also got the ebike working again, so I've been pedaling around town whenever possible instead of driving.

I hear that! My preferred running method is on the track at night but for similar reasons: you can just fully zone out without fear of running into people, navigating traffic, or getting injured...
