    I was on a mission to be able to do pull ups. It took 4 months but now I can do 4. The only issue is I really need to warm up and stretch my forearms, which I think most people don’t need to do...

    I was on a mission to be able to do pull ups. It took 4 months but now I can do 4. The only issue is I really need to warm up and stretch my forearms, which I think most people don’t need to do just to do 4 pull ups without intense burning in their flexors.

    Next up I’m going to target muscle ups. I’ve heard that once I can do 10 pull ups it’s just a matter of form to do a muscle up. So maybe just a couple more months!
