    Not as much as I should, sadly. I need to get back into swimming, especially since there is an Olympic pool near me.

    Hi TFPs! Long time no post. I've been juggling around my schedule of when I run/swim/lift. Had to change my swim day since a swim club switched to practice Wednesday mornings. I thought I was safe swimming at 5am and that there'd be plenty of room. Oh well lol.

    I've started time training with the Runna app. I'd seen it recommended a lot on running related subreddits and figured I'd give it a shot. They also have some weight training stuff which I'll try for a couple of weeks to see how I like it. Not sure how it'll be since so far my focus with weight training has just been specific gains.

    I've picked a fun Halloween 5k to run, and there's a free park run on Saturdays that I'll be joining so I'm excited for that! Otherwise, just been trying to make sure I keep on schedule and keep working out.
