    I'm not surprised that past a certain point additional exercise doesn't add additional health benefit. The study does support that some exercise is a lot more healthy than none

    I don't like how the article seems to lean into the idea that exercise doesn't matter that much for longevity. Yeah, genes play probably the most important role in how long you will live. But I like how they talk about the quality of those latter years. I always tell people I don't run to live forever, but I want to be able to function later in life.
