    Started tracking calories again after discovering I couldn't sleep on my stomach... Turns out I'd put on quite a few extra kilos that I just ignored. It's going well so far, but the ultimate cheat...

    It's going well so far, but the ultimate cheat days are coming... So I guess I'll see!

    I thought kettlebell were a gimick for many years. I started doing two kettlebells exercises at the gym Working core stability by passing a kettlebell behind and in front of in a circular motion....

    I started doing two kettlebells exercises at the gym

    1. Working core stability by passing a kettlebell behind and in front of in a circular motion.
    2. Doing a "suitcase carry" with a kettlebell, while maintaining level posture while walking.

    I've been so impressed by both I've been thinking about getting further into kettlebells.
