    I tried out the Jeff Nippard Powerbuilding program. Quickly found out that combining a newborn with going to the gym 4 times a week isn’t realistic. So I did the 10 week program in about 6 months....

    I tried out the Jeff Nippard Powerbuilding program. Quickly found out that combining a newborn with going to the gym 4 times a week isn’t realistic. So I did the 10 week program in about 6 months.

    Saw some significant gains in my 1RM although I did feel the calculated 1RMs were very conservative.

    For example the calculated 1RM for bench was 105kg, but I ended up doing 120kg.
    Possibly also because I did the 10 week program in 6 months.

    Im going to deload this week and try for my 1RM again to ensure I get an accurate reading.
