What have you been doing lately for your own fitness? Try out any new programs or exercises? Have any questions for others about your training? Want to vent about poor behavior in the gym? Started a new diet or have a new recipe you want to share? Anything else health and wellness related?
Hit 1k miles for 2026 (so far) this morning on my run. Not the best year so far for my running but one of the best for consistency. This singular skill I have, the ability to run for hours, is so absolutely useless for daily life that it almost offends me. HOWEVER, it has always helped immensely for brain purposes.
