New data on training frequency is analyzed by Greg Nuckols. The findings? More frequency leads to a faster increase strength - approximately 20% more strength (1RM comparison) when comparing high frequency training with low frequency training. Upper body strength appears to be affected greater by an increased frequency than lower body strength.
