I got my long run in last week, 6 miles. I didn’t miss any workouts till Saturday when we went to SF and walked around the city. I was supposed to do another 3 miles of speed work but missed it. I did get in 20 miles on a exercise bike.
This week has me looking at a easy run today and a long run Wednesday. Speed work later in the week. We will see how it goes, I have a sore knee from something so it’ll be day to day.
