Back again after ten weeks with Pervertor. This was less than ideal. Bodyweight went up... lifts went down (except deadlift). It was demanding, but demanding doesn't mean efficient and I don't think Pervertor was all that efficient for me. Here's how my one rep maxes went:

Overhead Press (OHP): 175 lbs → 160 lbs
    Back Squat: 420 lbs → 395 lbs
    Bench: 280 lbs → 265 lbs
    Deadlift: 440 lbs → 450 lbs

Next up is God is a Beast, which is a very unusual 5/3/1 Template. There's no use of the 5/3/1 scheme, for one. The leader is 6 weeks long instead of 3. But I am hoping the quasi-spinal tap rep/set scheme it uses can replicate some the success I had with the program I did before Pervertor: Black Army Jacket.

Read the review for in-depth details, but my TL;DR - not recommended.
