I was surprised to see this headline on NY Times - though I see scary anti-Juul social media posts and advertisements warning parents, I didn't realize it was actually becoming an issue. FDA says that teenage use of e-cigs has reached “an epidemic proportion" which are strong words. Apparently 2 million middle school and high schoolers regularly used e-cigs last year.

It's funny because their solution is "voluntary compliance" as though the tobacco industry is just going to stop taking advantage of addiction.
