    I read these articles from trainers that seem like they know what they're doing, but every time I've gone out to find a good trainer I've found people who I don't really click with. Does anyone have tips on finding a good trainer?

      Honestly wish I could give you some good advice. I was fortunately to have a high school football background, so they taught me a lot of the proper form. At least to a point, they got a lot wrong...

      Honestly wish I could give you some good advice. I was fortunately to have a high school football background, so they taught me a lot of the proper form. At least to a point, they got a lot wrong too that good videos on the internet have corrected. But because I've had that in person experience, I never felt the need to get more personal training.

      I think it's probably a bit like finding a mental health therapist that works. Good referrals, trial and error, etc. Which can be frustrating when you just want to hit the gym and get working.
