    Covid making gyms not a great idea it means I finally get my free weights and machines!

    For the past month I've been spending weekends with a very lovely person, making good food together, drinking good drinks, watching good movies, etc... A side-effect being: I'm a lot less...

    For the past month I've been spending weekends with a very lovely person, making good food together, drinking good drinks, watching good movies, etc... A side-effect being: I'm a lot less regulated in what I eat and how active I am when we're together, thus I've gained a few pounds. Literally, probably ~4 lbs. can be attributed to this, and I'm still very active on weekdays and working out... so I can only hope some of that weight gain went into muscle. Anyhow, I'm not too stressed about it. Considering the damn feasts we make, it ain't too bad, really! Still feel like I have to watch it, though, as I don't wanna put on too much fat, especially since I worked so damn hard to burn it off!

    Well... it is getting colder and I don't have a heater, so maybe some fat gain would be beneficial...🤔
