    Did my baseline for the Russian Kettlebell Challenge Rite of Passage. The goal of the program is to get to get to 200 snatches in ten minutes with a 24kg(53lb) kettlebell. After doing the program for four weeks (first two with a 20kg/44lb bell, the next two with the 24kg), I did the recommended test day and got exactly 100 snatches as time expires.

    It's gonna be a long road to double my output on this thing, but I think as I get heavier and heavier bells, the 24kg won't feel like much on future test days. I hope anyway!
