    Probably going to buy my fifth kettlebell since I started on kettlebell training back in August. This is more me starting too light than any sort of incredible progress. I think, overall, it was good for me to start light and "progress" quickly to make sure I have form down rather than start to heavy and injure myself. So now I have:

    Adjustable bell: 8, 12, 20, 35, 40 lb
    44 lb
    53 lb
    62 lb
    70 lb (soon)

    But obviously this hits the bank a little bit. No more so than gym fees would have, so not a huge deal. But still. I probably should have just started with the 53 lb bell and gone from there. I'm mostly progressing by doing clean and press and basically going heavier when I can do a five rung ladder (1st set, 1 rep; 2nd set 2 reps, etc) five times in one workout. A little more complicated than that, but that's how it's been going.

    I had a 1RM in the strict barbell press of 175 lb back in January of this year, just to give a barometer of where I was in case other people are looking to pick up some bells as COVID worsens and the gym looks less and less appealing.
