Did test day two on the Russian Kettlebell Challenge's Rite of Passage. The goal of the program is to do 200 snatches in 10 minutes with a 53 lb kettlebell. On my first test five weeks ago, I hit 100 right as time expired. This time I manage 120, but I definitely had some left in the tank. Gonna have to think about pacing just as much as getting stronger to hit 200 any time soon. Of course, getting stronger makes some pacing concerns a moot point, which may be the strategy I employ because I'm here to lift, not be a long distance runner!

Currently training with a 62 lb bell, with a 70 lb bell on my one "heavy" day a week. But, this week I am going to try to graduate up to using the 70 lb bell regularly. Which means... I probably have to order that 80 lb bell soon.
