    New year new me? Jk, I'm just sick of being a weak Noodle. Monday was a body weight day since I don't have any weights and won't go to the gym. I've been following Chloe Ting's workouts on YouTube. She has "challenges" but I'm only half heartedly following the challenge since Tuesday and Thursday will ba cardio and weekends yoga.

    I'm just trying to be more active and exercising helps me set a schedule for my other interests and makes me consider how much time I want to put towards them each day. However, I over did myself and strained something on my knee so I took yesterday off from working out and will probably do today as well and then start again with something a little less intense to test the waters and see how it holds up. I have a heating pad so I was heating it off and on yesterday and it felt great lol.

    I'm just going to try my best to be consistently active and run again. It's been so long since I ran seriously I'm just like winded after a few minutes but that's okay. I'm gonna be working my way up slowly and not kill myself about it.
