We don't need fast food, most retail, education or daycare.

We need food (as in grocery stores and gas stations), shelter, medicine, utilities, and emergency services. Everyone not providing those things goes on furlough, and is added to the unskilled labor pool to fill gaps. Everything else can wait.

Give anyone who abides 100% 10,000 a week. Critical workers then get 2 months of PTO for doing their part.
