    I recently signed up for Today's Plan to utilize their automated training plan generator to add some structure to my cycling workouts. I have a Stages Dash bike computer, which has its website built on Today's Plan, so I was familiar with TP already. The catch for me with Stages' site is that I couldn't auto-generate workouts that exclude a power meter, since I don't have a power meter.

    I really like the Today's Plan website and their workout analytics. It's helping me make the most out of my computer and heart rate monitor, and I think the information they make avialable to self-trained athletes is invaluable.
