In the spirit of @xstresedg, three things to update…

First, diet. I’ve moved to the heart of Brussels city. To put it simply… I’m surrounded by fantastic restaurants, I literally live above a bakery.

Anyway this hasn’t gone unnoticed and leads me into my weight update and I’ve gained back a kilogram. 😅

But, fitness wise I’ve doubled down on skating. Had a week where I could barely go but this week I finally got a solid 16 hours in, and only because I’m not planning to go this weekend!

I am learning new tricks, finally progressing for real now. My favourite rink is open again. Oh and! I’ve bought a season pass for the Rockefeller center, I’ll be going there during thanksgiving season I CANNOT WAIT!! (Tildees in New York if you want some ice time hit me up!)

So I’m not on the right trend but right now I don’t really mind as I’m staying below my critical weight and I’m having a lot of fun.

I saw my accountant the other day, he hadn’t seen me since pre Covid and he asked me “what the fuck happened to you, didn't you use to be fat?”. Felt a little redeeming!

    Weight update

Due to Thanksgiving (the Canadian variety), I was away from my place of residence from Friday the 8th to Thursday the 14th. Visiting my parents, my sister's family, and my best friend's family. Despite the ease of being able to binge (and binging did happen on many a pastry and candy), I still somehow managed to keep the loss train chugging. As of today (October 15th), I'm currently weighing in at 250.6 lbs (~113.9 kg), bringing my total loss to 34 lbs (~15.4 kg) since May.

    Diet

As mentioned above, many delicious foods were consumed. But I also was able to hold back on binging other foods during most breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.

    Fitness

Other than playing with my nieces and about 2.5-3 KMs walked while in my home town, there was no exercise haha. My full gym schedule engages next week, being on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. As well, whatever cardio I do at home will help. Time to gain some and lose some.

ED, EDD, and EDIT: 250.6 lbs, not 250.4. I know it's not a big difference but I noticed lol
