Fitness Weekly Discussion
What have you been doing lately for your own fitness? Try out any new programs or exercises? Have any questions for others about your training? Want to vent about poor behavior in the gym? Started a new diet or have a new recipe you want to share? Anything else health and wellness related?
I've been working out for about a month now, and I've been on Keto for almost two months now. This is the best I've ever felt. I've lost so much weight, my skin looks a lot better, and I feel so good inside.
I've also started taking cold showers which has helped with my soreness and it's made my skin and hair look even better.
