I came across this lovely model of part of Terry Pratchett's study and I thought it was adorable. I also really appreciated how it wasn't a video, and the artist just posted photos and a text...
This is not a full replica of Terry Pratchett’s study. To do that, I would have needed pictures from every angle and exact measurements, so this is just a small part of a study, where Terry Pratchett might have felt at home, in scale 1:12.
If you read “The Borrowers” as a child, you might imagine a tiny, Terry Pratchetty fellow occupy this study, whenever the house is quiet..
I found some pictures of the study online, but not very many. Fortunately, I’ve had great help from The Cunning Artificer, Mr. Bernard Pearson, who has been so kind to answer my multiple questions, and for that I am very grateful.
This little project has taken about a month and a half, and researching details about Terry Pratchett has been so much fun.
This world needs magic and imaginative and quirky minds.
This world needed Terry Pratchett.
