This is not directly related to the video, but why is "post soviet states" among the tags? In Russia a post-Soviet state is usually one of 15 (or 21, depending on how you count) countries that were actually a part of the USSR. Is this distinction different in the US?
It's just a mistake on my part... I think I had "post communist state" in my head after watching the video but just mixed it up by the time I got around to writing the tags.
