    It's an interesting idea. When it comes to mediums like github, I typically get a little worried about who actually owns the creative material, but I also usually think that once people get past the technical barrier of figuring out how to request pushes and whatnot, the process is fairly straightforward to a collaborative effort to keep code updated and efficient.

    I already write by collaboration, either in response to people or in actively seeing out feedback from people I trust. This would just be casting a wider net. While that reduces the amount of control over who reads the thing, more eyes are more likely to catch things or think of things that weren't caught initially. That's the whole point of looking for outside feedback in the first place.
