    The Australian Christian Lobby has since created a fundraising campaign page for Israel Folau on their own website, and they've already raised over $1 million.

    Somewhere in one of the articles I've been reading about this case, there was a line saying that legal experts were puzzled why Folau is trying to raise $3 million, because his legal fees aren't likely to get anywhere close to that much.

      answer: never underestimate the power of the grift, baby. if folau genuinely thinks he is able to raise 3 million from people over something this petty, he'd be a rube to not capitalize on that...
