Toronto actually has a thriving drag community, and that scene is honestly one of the major reason I miss living downtown. Drag shows are just so much damn fun, and there used to be several bars with drag shows within walking distance of where I lived at Church & Wellesley (heart of the gay community here).
There also used to be an awesome restaurant right next to my apartment there called Zelda's that was run by a pretty prominent drag queen in TO, but sadly it shut down after an electric fire a number of years ago. :(
