This was an interesting read (to me, at least) about a shift back to multi-generational living that's gaining momentum.
I'm an elder millennial, my spousal muffin and I bought a large house in the Seattle metro (ours is old though, built in 1911) with the intention of renting space in it to friends and family. About a year ago, my partially disabled father moved in and now we just finished setting up a room for air bnb. It's almost eerie to see your own life reflected in a NYT piece.
