Thank you, that was good to see. I noticed her TED talk in the sidebar and watched that as well. My brother is schizophrenic, and it amazes me how different the effects are from person to person....

There's no way my brother could have gone to university or even held a job, let alone started a non-profit organization. Cecilia is a strong person to want to make a difference for other students despite her own difficulties.

I guess this kind of bias is unavoidable. You can only hear the voices of people, who have enough strength in them to actually talk. It's only tangentially related, but I remember one ASMRtist...

I guess this kind of bias is unavoidable. You can only hear the voices of people, who have enough strength in them to actually talk. It's only tangentially related, but I remember one ASMRtist posting a very depressing video, that got deleted in a few hours, where she said that the ASMR community, for the first time in years, made her talk. Maybe the voices of Cecilia and others will make it easier for the people with similar issues to speak up.
