    I wonder if an element of this transposes to the internet? The brotherhood part probably might be a little bit difficult to map to, but the idea of destructive power for the sake of destruction...

    I wonder if an element of this transposes to the internet? The brotherhood part probably might be a little bit difficult to map to, but the idea of destructive power for the sake of destruction and power, "Heart of Darkness" stuff kinda maps pretty well to the troll ethos of doing it "for the lulz."

        Yeah, some days you feel like a bucket that has no bottom, and no amount of water in the world will keep you full. I know that this is objectively a great time to be alive, and I'm pretty well off...

        Yeah, some days you feel like a bucket that has no bottom, and no amount of water in the world will keep you full. I know that this is objectively a great time to be alive, and I'm pretty well off on top of that, but there are days when I wonder if we left some crucial element of ritual out of our modern society that made us whole and fulfilled, or were we always sad sack primates?
