I know this is essentially just political grandstanding, but I thought it was interesting given the new, non-binding SCOTUS code of ethics. It's basically a first test to show how little it's worth, which is really fine because a binding code of ethics would likely be unconstitutional, and it's the Supreme Court, so constitutionality is rather important.
