Though, the dub is performed by the original actors, and they planned for it from the get go so they delivered their English lines with the later Comanche dub in mind, which is still pretty neat.
I can't stand dubs (especially the horrendous ones that Netflix has been putting out on some of its original TV shows), so I'm not sure which direction I'll go on this one. Probably English.
I'm holding out hope that it's original spoken and they are just misuing the word "dub". All the articles about it are from the Slashfilm interview which has references to both dubbed and shot...

The film was shot in English and Comanche. "Both languages are spoken, but when you hear English, it's as if it's Comanche," he said. "But what Jhane is speaking to is on Hulu, there will be a Comanche dub of the movie, so you can watch the entire movie in Comanche with the original actors returning to perform their roles."
Bold points toward it being shot in Comanche, italics saying dub.

In light of @Rudism's comment, I read that as "original actors returning [to the recording studio] to perform [the audio track for] their roles." So it's maybe a little misleading, but vocal performances are still performances, and it's noteworthy that the same actors are doing their own dubs. It never actually stated they shot anything twice.
From what I can piece together, it sounds like the film was shot primarily in English with some parts in Comanche. The scenes not shot in Comanche will be dubbed. Wikipedia

Trachtenberg explained the film was shot in English and Comanche, with the entire cast performing an alternate all-Comanche dub of the film.

When the teaser came out we talked about how good 10 Cloverfield Lane was since it’s the same director. I know Trachtenberg was part of some video game show on YouTube and directed the Portal short. I learned something interesting recently. Damien Chazelle did final re-writes on 10 Cloverfield Lane (including the alien ending), which I already knew. What I didn’t know is that Chazelle was set to direct, this would have been his feature debut. But Whiplash ended up getting the green light so he left this project to go do that. Same year that 10 Cloverfield Lane came out, Chazelle ended up releasing La La Land which won him his Oscar.

This is incredible! I’ll definitely be watching the Comanche version with English subs.

First line of the quote seems to allude to such. Guess we'll find out for sure once it's released. For now, I'll hope for shot and accept dub.
