    I’ll just comment one thing. The Russo Brothers were chosen to direct what was back then called Infinity War Part 1 and Part 2, largely because Winter Soldier was one of the most critically acclaimed Marvel movies. This seems to be the driving philosophy with this choice here as Shang-Chi is one of the most acclaimed MCU films of Phase 4.

    Interesting to note the difference though that Winter Soldier had a more “OMG masterpiece” reception on the internet (akin to The Batman) than Shang-Chi did.

    I don’t know how to feel about this choice. I think it’s fine, but I’m not super excited about it.
